floo-id YOGA

I had an incredible experience at floo-id yoga today! The studio was impeccably clean, and there was no unpleasant odor to distract from the practice. The convenient location next to Whole Foods and ProteinHouse makes it easy to nourish your body before or after class. The staff was exceptional, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend floo-id yoga for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic hot yoga session in a top-notch facility!

Great instructors. Positive and welcoming atmosphere. The studio is clean. The classes are outstanding and challenging while also giving those new to yoga a quality yoga experience Location is awesome for food or errands before or after class.

I absolutely love this place!! All of the classes are amazing...all of them, yoga and pilates. It really has been life changing. At age 48, I feel better than I have ever felt. Can't say enough about the instructors...Mark, Kathe, Erin, Samantha are incredible, and Beth the owner is great. I am truly grateful for Floo-id!

Floo-id Yoga is a unique gem of Scottsdale, offering the original 26 Bikram-style postures practice. I recently returned to the studio after a break and found it even more beautiful, impeccably clean, and welcoming to new and existing members. The front desk staff is caring and friendly, and the instructors excel in teaching proper alignment and the benefits of this particular practice. This studio also offers a variety of other classes, including Inferno Pilates, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The upbeat music and various lights enhance the mood while you work diligently to tone your body and gain strength through strategic movements in the heated room. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who enjoys a challenge and is committed to improving their health habits, strength, and endurance.

Great place! I didn't practice yoga until fairly recently when my wife convinced me to try it. Floo-id couldn't have been better for me. The vibe is very positive and the teachers are all professional, well trained and supportive. Kids yoga classes are also great. :-)
